Is it genuinely free? Could I win cash?
It’s free. Ovaz Silver has no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or prizes of money or real-world value, and in-game credits are virtual.
Must I log in to play?
Yes. The library is open for browsing, but starting a game needs a login or a free account, by email or Google.
A game won’t start or looks wrong
Press “Reload” above the game, then try “Full screen”. Update your browser, make sure nothing is blocking the page and try a steadier connection. Still stuck? Tell us the game, device and browser.
My credits are gone
Credits belong to each game and are virtual. If a game keeps its balance in your browser, clearing site data or switching to a private window can reset it. We can’t restore virtual credits.
How do I choose a new password?
Go to the forgot password page, enter your email and follow the link we send. If you joined with Google there’s no password, so press “Continue with Google”.
How can I delete my account?
Log in, open your account and select “Delete my account”. Your details leave our server straight away. You can also request it through the form.
